Otto Octavius was a scientist a Oscorp tower
who made a set of four long mechanical arms
and the arms were surposed to help him out with
work but instead it took over Otto's mind forcing
him to choose a life of crime and then Otto
Octavius went rogue and he became a threat to
Spider man known as Doctor Octopus. Dr Octopus's
arms are long and can grab people and lift them but
sometimes Dr Octopus's mechanical arms could get
trapped in a power cable frying the Mechanical Arm's
power cable.
